The Role
You’ll be closing high-ticket video package sales from booked inbound calls. These leads are booked on your calendar — your job is to build trust, guide them through our proven sales system, and close deals that feel like a win-win.
You’ll also follow up with leads in your pipeline using our simple, repeatable process to keep conversations moving.
Compensation: $140,000 CAD OTE (base + commission)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (Pacific or close overlap)
Location: Remote (Canada only)
What You’ll Do

Run booked sales calls over Google Meet

Use our proven sales system to nurture and close leads

Keep your CRM and tasks up to date

Follow up with prospects and maintain a clean pipeline

Report on call outcomes, feedback, and wins each week

Work closely with the founder and creative team to improve the sales process
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of remote sales experience (ideally closing)

Legally allowed to work in Canada

Reliable high-speed internet (500 Mbps+)

Quiet workspace with a clean, professional background (no virtual backgrounds)

Confident communicator, quick thinker, and strong closer
